Rubber Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences and Rubber Bureau of Thailand held an online signing ceremony of "Memorandum of Understanding on Rubber Planting Technology Cooperation Project of Lancang-Mekong River", and the two sides will cooperate to build rubber tree demonstration base in Thailand.  

According to the memorandum, the rubber Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Thermal Sciences will display new technologies and equipment independently developed in Thailand, and provide technical training, technical videos and electric rubber knives and other equipment to the Thai Rubber Bureau for demonstration base construction.  

Thai Rubber Bureau will cooperate with Rubber Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Thermal Sciences to build a rubber tree demonstration base of 2 hectares in Beiliufu Rubber Research Center and Nongkafu Rubber Research Center, and provide free sites required for the construction of the demonstration base, and designate special personnel to be responsible for the construction, management and maintenance of the demonstration base.  

It is reported that the rubber Bureau of Thailand and the Rubber Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences signed a landmark agreement.  This is the landing project of china-Thailand natural rubber cooperation. The memorandum will become an important part of promoting the development of bilateral rubber technology and play an important role in promoting the in-depth agricultural cooperation between the two sides in the future.
