Mechanical seal O - ring NBR seal ring
Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) O-ring application: in a variety of oil resistant occasions are widely used, such as automotive electronic injection injector parts, various oil resistant gaskets, seals, hose. Seals, cushions and other oil-resistant and wear-resistant rubber parts for hydraulic and pneumatic industry. In the nuclear industry, high saturation nitrile rubber can also be used as seals in nuclear power plants due to its radiation resistance.
Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) O-ring characteristics:
Nitrile rubber O-ring used in nitrile has excellent oil resistance and non-polar solvent resistance, but also has good mechanical properties and air tightness. It is suitable for aliphatic hydrocarbon (propane, hexane, mineral oil and grease, fuel oil), vegetable oil and animal oil, silicone oil, silicone grease, chemical fire extinguishing agent, acid base salt solution diluted at low temperature, and water below 100℃ and other media. But the resistance to aromatic solvents, halogenated hydrocarbon, ketone and ester solvents and strong acid and strong base is poor.
The weatherability and ozone resistance of nitrile rubber is not strong, but through the use of other materials, can be a good solution to this problem, such as: Nitrile butadiene rubber/polyvinyl chloride blend material, it not only has excellent weather resistance and ozone resistance, and flame retardant, rolling, coloring ability is also very good, adding a certain amount of magnetic powder can be made into oil resistant magnetic rubber, but its permanent compression deformation is poor.
Nitrile rubber is a copolymer of acrylonitrile (ACN) and butadiene. The performance of NBR mainly depends on the ACN component (generally 18%-50%). If the ACN content is higher than 50%, it has a strong ability to resist mineral oil and fuel, but its elasticity and compression permanent deformation rate at low temperature become worse. Higher formulations of butadiene (e.g., up to 78%) provide good low temperature resistance, but at the expense of oil resistance at high temperatures.

General grade: -40 ~ 100℃
Low temperature resistance: -55 ~ 100℃
High temperature resistance: -30 ~ 125℃ (air)-30 ~ 150℃ (oil)

Shaw A40 degrees to 93 degrees.

Black, brown, green, white, red, yellow, blue, orange, gray, also can be specified by the customer.
